Banner Sales Terms and Conditions:
Baseball / Softball fields:
Will be placed in prime locations (center field) and will be on a first come / first serve basis. Banners will be placed moving from center field and working outward towards right and left fields. Banners will be left up for the entire spring and fall baseball/softball seasons. Banners will be removed during winter months to preserve them for the following spring. Renewal fees will be due by March of the following year. After the 3rd year, a new banner will need to be purchased. If renewal fees are not submitted, banner will be removed.
FAC Gymnasium:
For the Family Activity Center Gymnasium, they will be placed along the walking track facing towards the bleachers. They will start directly in the center and move to the left and right of the center of the gymnasium. They will be left up for one year. Renewal fees will be due 1 year from purchase and will then be left up for an additional year. After the 3rd year, a new banner will need to be purchased. If renewal fees are not submitted, banner will be removed.
FAC Indoor Pool Area:
Banners will be placed in the area of the scoreboard on the south end of the pool area. They will be left up for one year. Renewal fees will be due 1 year from purchase and will then be left up for an additional year. After the 3rd year, a new banner will need to be purchased. If renewal fees are not submitted, banner will be removed.
Online Transaction Fees: There is a $10.00 online only pay-pal transaction fees included in the total price per banner. The transaction fees are non-refundable. Pay-Pal charges the park system 2.9% plus .30 cents on each transaction. The additional $10.00 transaction fee’s cover the cost Pay-Pal charges the park system. Online transactions are handled securely through Pay-Pal.
Refund Policy: After banner(s) is purchased , designed and printed, no refunds will be given. Prior to banner being printed, refunds will be given minus $25.00 administrative fee. If purchased online, online transaction fee is also non-refundable.
