Fitness Classes
The Family Activity Center is proud to offer the widest variety of fitness classes in Shelby County. With classes such as Yoga, Zumba Fitness, Strength and Core, Step Aerobics, Aqua Fitness, and classes for senior exercisers, and much more! Personal training is also offered by our highly trained fitness instructors. You will definitely find a class that will meet your fitness need as well as your schedule. To deliver the most effective and safest workout all instructors are nationally certified as group fitness instructors and many hold specialized certifications and/or licensing for the classes they teach. All instructors are CPR and AED certified.
