We are a group of volunteers that is based out of the Miller Outdoor Education Center at Red Orchard Park. Our goal is to help preserve and improve the natural resources at the various parks in our county and help educate the public on all the natural and cultural history of these areas.

Examples of our activities include, but are not limited to-different types of hikes, removing invasive species, trail maintenance, bird monitoring and identification, native plant programs and flowerbeds, dump cleanups, and many other “green” projects.

Please see our schedule for a current list of activities and be sure to visit the Miller Outdoor Education Center page for a list of lectures and educational programs that are free to the public.
